Tour de Fleece, anyone? Whether you are planning to spin some fun yarns during the Tour de France event or simply want to add some hand dyed wool top to your stash, this merino fibre loveliness is sure to catch your fancy.
This wool top (sometimes mistakenly called roving, a different type of fibre preparation) is hand dyed by me in my tiny Edinburgh studio and is a one-of-a-kind colourway.
This super soft merino wool is perfect for spinning or felting, and there is a whole 100 grams (or 3.5 ounces) for you to play with as you wish.

Although I have done my very best to convey the true colours of this wool, please note that my monitor settings may vary from yours.
Care instructions: merino wool top, like all natural fibres, should be stored in a breathable container with a moth-repellant item such as a lavender sachet or cedar wood balls. Do not store under heavy items so fibre doesn’t end up squished.
Once used in your preferred craft, if washing, use a wool-specific wash, dry horizontally and store away from direct sunlight.
